All prices include GST and are listed in Australian Dollars only. Because of our continuing commitment to product development specification, prices, product details and availability are subject to change on a continual basis without prior notice. All information displayed on this site can be accepted as current. Errors and omissions excepted.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Please call 0408 878202 or e-mail sales@ropeonline.com for alternate payment. Allow five working days for cheque or direct deposit clearance.

Delivery of Goods
Freight charges within Australia are included in the displayed price. A small fee is charged per order for packaging and handling. We manufacture all of the products listed on this site and over 85% of orders are dispatched within two days regardless of stock holding. Dispatch of goods cannot be made unless payment in full has been received and cleared.

International Orders
For international orders please e-mail sales@ropeonline.com and your order will be processed personally. Payment by Paypal, or direct deposit only. Insurance for delivery of goods is required for all international orders. Allow five working days for Paypal or direct deposit clearance.

Logon Name and Password Confidentiality and Liability
It is the responsibility of the customer to protect and authorise the use of logon codes and passwords. Rope Online Pty Ltd will not and cannot take responsibility for customer logon code and password protection and use. In the unlikely event that you receive an order fraudulently placed on your account, please inform the staff at Rope Online Pty Ltd immediately.

Return or Exchange of Goods
Return or exchange of goods where the product has been incorrectly supplied will be accepted and return freight will be refunded. We do not accept return of goods where the product is correctly supplied and manufactured as a custom order to customer specifications. Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Rope Online Pty Ltd, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned goods.

Warranty and Service
All products manufactured and sold by Rope Online Pty Ltd are warranted to be manufactured in accordance of the appropriate manufacturing standard. Rope Online Pty Ltd does not guarantee nor make recommendations in regard to the safe use of our products. Under no circumstances should our products be used as safety lines or where persons are in immediate personal danger.

Backorder Cancellation Policy
Please send all backorder cancellation requests to sales@ropeonline.com or phone 0408 878202. Except for "special orders", an order may be cancelled before it has left our warehouse with no cancellation fee. If the order has left our warehouse, a fee may apply to cover courier and restocking costs.

Rope Online Pty Ltd may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these terms and conditions each time an order is placed.
